Material and labour for Earthing complete with hot dip galvanized steel pipe in pipe electrode, outer pipe 76 mm dia medium grade and inner pipe 32 mm dia including testing. 3 metre long and having 50x6 mm terminal on inner pipe to connect earthing strip with 14 mm dia holes for nut bolts. buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.3 metre deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut, bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 Kg bags of carbon based earthing compound. The compound shall be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities! with ph value between 7-9, connected to the earthing test point, fiber reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300 mm with pit cover, including necessary returning, filling and removal of extra soil compete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- U-Protect/ Fast Electrode / Ashlok NOTE: (i) GI strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Resistance of earthing should not more than 2 Ohm. Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & PMG / user. Test results are to be written in letters of 20mm height in white colour on black paint back ground. If the desired result not obtained after testing, the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost to Govt.

Material and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall or recesses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 4mm size galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earth contunity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on recessed or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required 32mm x 6 mm size galvanised strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for scraping of old paint from steel pole structure LT pole / street light tublar poles 8.5/9.0 mtr long above GL/coping including cross arms,channels,Flat iron,Clamps in LT OH line with wire brush/ sand paper and applying two coat of aluminium paint including writing pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Checking/megering of UG cable fault of any size/core and taking out the damaged portion of cable from trenches and removing the fault portion of cable and checking, jointing the same with proper cable end jointing kit and testing for smooth functioning of complete cable and re-laying the same after testing complete all as specified and directed of following size . Notes : (i) Excavation/earth work/returning filling/relaying of brick and sand cushioning deemed to including the job. (ii) Extra cable will be measured and paid under relevant item. iii) Joint kit required will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix in repairs of street light bracket made out of 45/60 Watt made out of light grade GI pipe of 1.5 metre long bend to shape including applying one single coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red primer painting complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Rate quoted is deemed to include for MS clamp, nuts and bolts.

Material and labour for fire point fabricated with MS angles and MS Sheet on top suitable to hang 03 Nos bucket filled with sand, 03 Nos fire exinguishers for class ABC fire weight 6.75 Kg, 01 fire beater and hook complete with PCC foundation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate for painting of fire point including all connected items with two coats of red paint should be included by contractor in quoted rate. (ii) Rate for 03 Nos bucket filled with sand, 03 Nos fire exinguishers, 01 fire beater and 01 hook should be included by contractor in quoted rate.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stays and poles, complete including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
