Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen ofgrade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumenwith mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as perspecifications :

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stoneaggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen ofsuitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate asspecified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by apressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the helpof aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with roadroller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified valuesof compaction and surface accuracy :

For 75 mm compacted thickness in two layers using stoneaggregate of size 63-41 mm graded @ 0.90 cum per 10sqm key aggregate of size 20.0 mm graded @ 0.18 cumper 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 68 kg/10 sqm.

4 cm thick bitumastic sheet with hot bitumen of approved quality,using stone chippings (60% with 12.5 mm nominal size and 40%with 10 mm nominal size) @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm and coarsesand @ 2.60 cum per 100 sqm of road surface and with bitumen @56 kg/cum of stone chippings and @ 128 kg/cum of sand over atack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidationwith road roller of 8 to 10 tonne etc. complete. (tack coat to be paid separately) :

With paving asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent
