WetMix Macadam (Table 400-13) Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406) as per MORT&H Rev, - V specifications No. 111, 112, 406, 900

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I type) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502) – over WMM as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No. 111, 112, 502, 900.

Tack coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Rs-1 type) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 – over granular surfaces treated with primer as per MORT&H Rev. V specification No. 111, 112, 503, 900.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade -30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, complete as per clause 504 and in accordance with standard specification for Grading II as per MORTH Vth Rev. 111, 112m 5071 900.

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (Viscosity Grade – 30) at percentage specified by JMF of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 completed in all respects) – Grading II as per MORT&H Rev. V specifications No. 111, 112, 507, 900.

Collection and supply of carted earth with and average lead of 1.0 km including cost and conveyance to worksite and stacking them on road side for taking premeasurements and spreading the same in the berms as directed by the Engineer with initial lift including all labour charges and consolidation with power roller including all tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete for making up low berms/ shoulders and Diversion road in accordance with standard specifications as per MORTH Vth Rev., 111, 112, 408 & 900

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound with reflectorising glass beads on Bituminious surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free form streaks and holes etc., complete (as per MORT&H specification 803)
