Bulk/entire quantity to be procured from those Bidders who have satisfactory past performance for the tendered item with same/ equivalent specification/drawing with S. E. Rly. or Zonal Railways including the production units as per clause 2.6.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender.
Tenderers must attach/disclose their product catalogue/Technical specification/Make and model no. of offered product in compliance to the specifications mentioned in the annexure- A of the tender, failing which, the offer shall be summarily rejected.
Item is restricted to be procured from OEM or their authorized dealers. Authorized dealers must submit Tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with offer, failing which their offer will not be considered.

Supply of outdoor type distribution transformer of rating 500 KVA 11 KV/415 volt-240 volt, 3- phase, 50 Hz, oil immersed, non sealed type ( transformer tank body and cover are bolted), copper wound, primary winding in delta and secondary winding in star ( vector symbol-Dyn11), ONAN cooled transformer c onfirming to IS: 1180(part-1):2014 with amendments no. 1,2,3,4 or latest and supplied with all standard fitt ings mentioned in clause20.1 of OS: 1180 (part-1) latest with condition that drain-cum sampling valve will b e applicable for all capacity of transformers. Oil temperature indicator & winding temperature indicators will be provided as per clause 20.2 of : 1180 part-1). The transformer shall be fitted on high voltage and lo w voltage sides with outdoor type bushings of appropriate voltage and current ratings. The high voltage bu shings (3 nos.) shall confirm to IS/IEC 60137. The low voltage bushings (4 nos.) shall confirm to IS 7421. Sui table cable end box along with cable entry hole glands to be provided HT side & LT side. Type of tap chang er: On load tap changer for variation of HV voltage from +5% to -15% in step of 2.5%. Energy efficiency lev el: 3 or above. Make- KIRLOSKAR/ MEI/AGROSONS/ABB/Servokon or equivalent. [ Warranty Period: 30 Mo nths after the date of delivery ] ]
