Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:

a) Of area 3 sqm and below

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres leas as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars up to 1st floor level, conforming to relevant I.S code for R.C.C work/R.B.Wailing including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending with 20 G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, support, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (Rates inclusive of all wastage, lappage, hooks, chairs, anchorage etc. and no measurement for same is required).

b) High yield strength deformed bars or to bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers (using steel)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs, roofs having slope up to 15 degrees landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain level up to 1st floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

a) M15 or Prop 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work in cement mortar with first class brick in superstructure above plinth level up to first level in all shapes and sizes.

a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:

a) 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory window and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter & length.

a) With teak wood/Sissu wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well-matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick coir veneer board, ISI marked IS:14842, plain lining with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight up to 35 kg and door width up to 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing wardrobe 60 cm deep, consist the shelves, doors with 19 mm thick waterproof ply board (Century/Green ply, Blue fox or equivalent) including long hinges brass handle, tower bolts, drawer lock, pasting materials etc. as per direction.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture:

a) New work

b) Old work

Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws, etc. to suit shutter thickness complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortise latch and lock, ISI marked with six levers and a pair of anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and required shape and size. Regular shape size.
