Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc complete.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering i found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:28

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO: 30 & 86

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. TNDSS No:97

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.TNDSS No:30

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement two part of sand and four part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:30
