   This item is reserved for procurement from sources approved by RDSO. The Railway reserve the right to order entire or bulk quantity on RDSO's approved firm. The status of the firm will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter. But, in case of downgrading/removal/ suspension/banning etc. after opening of tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers.

The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions. The firm has to certify that the item offered meets the minimum local content and shall give details of the locations at which the local value addition is made.
