Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land as per state government rules complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded graded graded graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces Set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil (soft/loose & hard/dense) including brick/ stone masonry/ drain pipes/ small tree roots etc. below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides flat rough finished of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC Nominal Mix, 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mmgraded aggregates), foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of rough finished surface of square concrete columns complete all as specified and directed.

RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 (20mmgraded aggregates) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, beam, lintels, rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC Nominal Mix, 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mmgraded aggregates), for beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, RCC slab ,ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including the like laid over cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match including grinding and polishing complete

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut ,in skirting /dado laid over 10 mm thick back coat , CM 1:4 on concrete orfair faces of bricksurfaces or stone /block surfaces cement screed and jointes with grey cement slurry ,and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone finished even without using exra cement and fair grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for filling of dry sand in trenches for proper cushioning of LT cable below and above the LT cable complete all as specified directed
