M& L for cement concrete padding 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate ) 40 mm thick in sunken of bath /toilet /Kitchen etc with and including WPC as per manufacture's instruction.

Supply and applying in sunken portion two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating,smart damp block 2k suprema or approved equivalent,having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412.resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as DIN 1048,reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI coverage is 1.5 kg/sqm the mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & I part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing etc complete as per manufactures specifications.

M&L for Providing & applying in any surface Alkaline Rust converting primer APCOREP RUSTREM in two coats conforming to ASTM-B-117 & ASTM-G-60-86 to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and shall be able to convert both hematite and magnetite forms of rust shall pass 400 alternate immersion cycles in 3.5 % NaCl complete all as specifdied and directed.

M& L for Providing and applying in any surface anti-corrosive coating APCOREP RUSTCOAT RB (CSIR/CBRI know how) in 2 coats with time interval of minimum 6 hours. The coating shall have ECorr value of -45 mV against SCE in 3.5 NaCL for 100 hours and electrochemical evaluation of max 0.5 mA /cm2. This coating shall be applied over APCOREP RUSTREM coated rebars complete all as specifdied and directed.

M&L for Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect as following:- (a) SBR polymer (@ 10 % of cement weight ) modified cementation coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and Repairing the damaged concrete portion / Surface preparation with single component ready to use, repair mortar SMARTCAE REPAIR MORTAR capable of applying 20 mm avg. thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.
