Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour,side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in Super Structure.including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & Six part of coarse sand (1:6), minimum thickness Not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia B-class Jindal,JTC, ISI marked G.I. pipes complete with special such as bend, tee, socket, cross, clamp etc earth work including filling the trenches etc required for proper completion of the work. the rate also includes concealed GI fitting where required, cutting and making good the walls etc and all materials, labour and T&P complete.

Same as item no -04 above but for 20 mm dia.

Providing and laying , 110 mm dia PVC ( FiNolex or quivalent ) pipe excluding cost of excavation, C.C. etc including its jointing and connection, all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia SWR, PVC ( FiNolex or equivalent ) Bends including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Dismentaling 3 No 160mm/110mm Old C.I. /PVC Pipe 7th to G.F. in Duct & sifting to G.F. of Old C.I. /PVC Pipe & Claening of duct as required including cost of all labor , T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Disposal of rubbish / debris out side the UPPCL area as per direction of Er/in- charge including cartage, labour and materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (No. deduction for voids shall be made).

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Painting Two coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Spirit polish over wood work after rubbing down the surface, with sand paper to give smooth and shining surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Removal of old and damaged sunfilm from the glass panes of door and window shutters,including removal of Glue completely and carefully by scraping or by any means including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Renewing panes of 5 mm glass including supply of glass with putty and brads including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(a) glass of 5 mm thick.

Filling the gap in between Wood/aluminium frame/UPVC & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete(Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width).

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Repaing of Roller Zebra blind and Replacing of Doori chain of including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
