Taking down ACSR conductor of any size and type from pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damage Steel HT pole of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable insulators of any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing complete with rusted strip & earth plate of any shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes light grade 80 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles of 11.0 mtr long, type 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed portion including painted with two coat of sinthetic enamel paint of two different colour of 30 cm wide strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint of size as decided by EIC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Excavation, earth work, PCC foundation & PCC coping shall be measured & paid under respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materialn not exceeding 50mtr &deposited where direceted at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrabove the groundlevel complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying precast concrete cable cover, Class HV type-1 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the azis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading clean dry sand cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness will be considered for payment.

Supply and fixing for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of HT over head line stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire conductors jumpers etc complete for any size of conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Shackle type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers one galvanised iron nut & Bolt , 150 mm height and 150mm dia including complete suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations of poles, struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in couping of poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending drilling, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Earth work and PCC measured and paid seperately under respective items.

S&F in replacement lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable route indicator/locator for HT cable made out of CI of size 100mm dia welded with angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm of 01 Mtr length including grouting of PCC work of size 150x150x300 mm deep complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : 1. CI round plate should be reflective type and boldly marked HT CABLE 11 KV with red colour both sides in white background. 2. Size of letters should not be less than 40mm x 5mm.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 80 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured, aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured, aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prestressed concrete pole 9.0 mtr lone, 102mmX152mm and top 102mmx249mm at bottom, Class-10 with coat of synthetic enamel paitn of two different colour 30cm white strip up to 1.5 mtr height form top of PCC copping and numbering of poles with blck synthetic enamel paint of size as directed including taking down of old unservicable concrete pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC foundation and copping shall be measured and paid under rescpective items of schedule
