PROVISION OF 320 KVA DG SETS AT INS NIVARINI UNDER GE CHILKA

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine Generating set of 320 KVA capacity, 415 volts, 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self-excited, self-regulated, brushless AC generator with AMF panel installed including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Chilka and confirming to condition under IS 10001/10002 advanced digital generator controller having meter and super silent acoustic sound proof canopy as per MOEF/ CPCB-IV+ norms, Retrofit emmision control device (RECD) and with all necessary accessories for proper functioning of DG set including PCC Foundation, GI Pipe for laying of cable etc all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant IS desing and site conditions. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations from DG set to AMF panel, with necessary fixing arrangments all as specified and directed. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of final successfully acceptance test. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hour test run at site inclusive of 1 hour on 10% over load in the presence of rep of accepting officer arrangements are to made by the conctractor for test at site at his own cost.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of under ground cable and including taking out of cable, cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in soils and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L HDPE pipe of 110/96 (OD/ID) mm dia, double wall corrugated, cut to size all as required at size including fixing arrangements and providing appropriate size insulators to insulate pipe from foundation or air termination from pipe.

M&L for XLPE insulated, 3.5 Core, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross-Sectional Area 240 sq.mm with copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, 3.5 Core, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross-Sectional Area 185 sq.mm with copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, 3.5 Core, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross-Sectional Area 120 sq.mm with copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
