Raking out joints/pointing to in single detached joints for flashing in roofs brick tiles laid flat etc. and M&L for Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3, to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surfaces etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops and benching, rounded or chamfered on edges , coving shall be 150 mm in radius mixed with acrylic based polymer water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be paid separately.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 20-22mm thick precast plain cement concrete tiles type B-1, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floorings, roofing set in cement mortar 1:4 over and including 15mm th screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of Ceiling including cornices,pillasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing including filling up of holes/cracks using white correct/wall putty and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out, Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator by brush in two coat @ 0.3 kg/m2/coat of Density: 1.01 Kg/l at 300C complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Supply and apply Cementitious Coating for Corrosion Protection having a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system by appling the first coat approx. 1mm thick layer of product carbonation resistance 2 mm of SikaTop Armatec®-108 or equivalent as specified corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78 applying @ 4 kg/m2 for two coats onto the prepared reinforcing steel with a medium- stiff brush. It is unavoidable that Sspecified product will also be applied onto the surrounding concrete. The second coat is applied in the same way after a waiting time of 2-3 hours (at +20°C) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Consumption: 0.5 kg/m2. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified. Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C. Product: Sikadur®-32 LP or equivalent from Fosroc

Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch repair mortar in 15mm to 50mm mm thickness. Yield: approx. 0.84 ltr/kg. System requirements: compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 3N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79. Consumption of 2.1 Kg/Sqm/mm Product: SikaTop®-122 HS or equivalent from Fosroc

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing of same tank after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt by using chemical Sodium hypochlorite solution 5% complete, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity upto & including 500 ltrs and endorsed the word "CLEANED ON" and "DATE" (in DD-MM-YY form) with stencil of letter size minimum 10cm and refixing the float valve and plugging wash pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- All tanks are to be cleaned and repeated wash with clean water before refixing the same in postion.

S & F for rotational moulded polythene water storage tank cylindrical vertical with closed top 500 ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position, connecting to inlet or outlet all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC water tank covers (upto 500 ltrs) including nut washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for brass valves, high pressure with polyethene float & fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe 20mm & screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.
