Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 100 TR (nominal capacity ± 10 % ) water cooled chilling units (AHRI certified, High efficiency configured series) with - R-134a Refrigerant, for centralized air conditioning of Main control room & service building of 1 X 210 MW ATPS Chachai. Other Technical details: - Screw compressor with motor closed coupled, & water cooled condenser. Automatic step less microprocessor based capacity control arrangement. (Controlling range 30% to 100%). Power Input 415 V, 3 PH. IKW/ TR shall not be more than 0.7 (Chilled water entering temp. = 12 deg. C and leaving temp. = 07 deg. C) Evaporator - shell and tube type with copper tubes rolled into steel tube sheets. Other standard accessories, refrigerant piping, fittings, valves, etc. as required. Factory insulated and with first full charge of refrigerant. Considering dismantling and buy-back of old reciprocating water cooled chiller system with no additional cost liability.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable booster pumps with motor, chilled and condenser water piping, butterfly valves, pump strainer, chilled water pipe insulation, motorized balancing valves for common header for both section. ( Required as per modified scheme enclosed )
