REPAIR/MAINT OF LT ELECTRIC SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AT ROBERT COMPLEX, SNOB AREA, NOFRA MARKET, STEEL YARD AND OTHER NOFRA AREA UNDEWR GE (NW) NOFRA.

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels/Meter Panels Indoor type by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities :

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric FPB Out door type of each Transformer by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities:- (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors ,providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) / powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed . Note: The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt ACB/ MCB/MCCB/Voltmeter /Ampermeter/CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc.

(i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e incling MCCB/SFU/Changeover switches/Contactors/ ACB,s thoroughly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers (iii) Replaceing the burnt out coluor coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves -01Job (iv) Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/Hrc Fuses. (v) Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'switch 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper sinhel core,1100V grade copper conductor cable- 01Job (vi) Replacing Burnt out Bus Bar of feededs with approprieted size new bus bar (Copper/Aluminum) -01Job (vii) Replacing Burnt out Insulators of feededs with approprieted size new Insulators -01Job (viii) Re welding of Doors with new hinges Note For item No (iv),(vi),(vii) New items will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Aluminium Bus Bar strips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Size of the strip shall be determined depending upon the current carrying capacity of the individual outgoing MCCBs. (b) Overall length of the strip shall be measured and paid after necessary conversion into weight. (c) Cost of drilling / bending / Grinding of the strips at site as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted. No extra payment shall be admissible on that account. (d) Bolts, Nuts etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing of suitable type and size FRP / DMC bus bar support insulator (Bridge Insulator) for fixing the extended aluminium bars, for cable terminations, duly fixed in the body of the panel board by and including galvanized steel bolts , nuts, washers etc.and necessary drillings, in the panel body,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Air Circuit Breaker 4pole/3pole, 630Amps to 1200Amps, 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair /overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil, auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil, no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechnical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing, and assembling all items/components parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Digital LT voltmeter with selector switch of size 96x 96mm rating 0 to 500 volt all as specified and directed.

Supply only Digital LT Ammeter with selector switch of size 96x 96mm suitable for CT ratio 5amp (0 to 1000) Amp, programmable type and all as specified and directed.

Supply only indicating lamp holder with bulb LED(Red Yellow,Blue,Green) type to indicate incoming supply suitable for 230Volts AC and all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of MCCB,4Pole,400 Amps,35kA,thermal magnetic adjustable type, 415Volts,50Hz AC s incl addn/alttn of LT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
