Supply of Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type airconditioning system suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply for outdoor units and 230 ± 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply for indoor units with stepless modulation complete with indoor and outdoor units,individual remote controller and compatible for centralised controller, interconnected refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas and oil, control cabling etc.as per site requirements and details given in the specifications and having following items: (Refrigerant to be used shall be R410 A). Hi Side - Outdoor Units Supply of variable refrigerant flow/ variable refrigerant volume modular type outdoor unit suitable for 415 ± 10% volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply complete with hermetically sealed DC inverter scroll type compressor with BLDC motor Heat exchanger/condenser coil , microproccessor controller, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting and minimum capacity as mentioned below incuding foundation as per OEM complete with all accessories etc. All outdoor unit should have cooling COP not less than 3.80 & 6.0 at 100% & 50% load condition respectively for colling as per AHRI standards and conditions capable of operation upto 50 Degree ambient. The outdoor aluminium fins should be with corrosive resistance coating apart from hydrophobic coating. The configuration of outdoor unit may be higher capacity or equal capacity as per site condition. ODU - 20 HP (Comprising minimum 2Nos.Compressors each) (Heating & Cooling).

Low Side - Indoor Units - (High wall Units) Supply of Indoor Units for variable refrigerant flow airconditioning system suitable for 230 ± 10% volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply equipped with washable filter, BLDC motor including corded remote and y- branches , drain pan, drain water lift-up mechanism, insulation, pipe connections, fresh air intake etc. complete with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor electric wire upto 1.5 metre length for electrically connecting the IDU with minimum capacity as given below as per specifications. High static ductable units (minimum 110 pascal external static pressure) 8 TR cooling capacity with 3200 CFM airflow

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable Gauge interconnecting copper refrigerant pipe suitable for VRF system of airconditioning between 20 HP outdoor unit and 8 TR capacity indoor unit of suiitable size and nominal thickness as per specification conforming to ASTM/ BS/ JIS with slotted angle supporting pipng insulation with 19 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation. and finished with poly shield coating, suitable supports from the ceiling or from the wall, neccessary wall chipping and cutting to be included wherever pipes crosses the shaft/ducts needs to be provided by protection by suitable materials against mechanical damaged. Refrigerant piping installed / routed outside the building i.e. external copper piping shall be covered / protected suitably against weather and also shall be protected against mechanical damaged.

Supply and First charge of R 410 gas, pressure testing and commissioning of indoor and outdoor A/C units i/c civil work like foundation etc as required.

Providing and fixing transmission/control wiring PVC insulated of 2 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor shielded flexible wire in 25 mm MS conduits between outdoor to outdoor / indoor to indoor / outdoor to indoor and remote control unit.

Supply of 25 mm thick double skin plenum Box made of 36 Kg /M3 density puff sandwiched in 0.5 mm PCGI suitable for indoor unit CFM.

Supply and installation of flexible canvass connection for indoor unit.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Jet Nozzles suitable for indoor unit CFM including of GI butterfly damper 18 SWG frame with 20 SWG blade, 150 mm depth

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable drain piping made of 25mm rigid PVC pipe Class - 3 (6 kg/cm2) confirming to IS 4985-2000 complete with fittings, supports etc. as per specifications and duly insulated with suitable insulation.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of IP 54 cubicle type LT panel, wall mounted, suitable for 415 V 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentised design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame & Cover work ,3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete with powder coating in approved shade, extendable type TPN aluminium alloy busbars of high condectivity, DMC/SMC busbar supports, with 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connection from main busbar to switchgears ............................

Supply, Laying, testing & commissioning of size 4 Core, 25Sq.mm 1.1 KV grade multicore copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 (Part-I) with upto date amendments complete on surface/cable tray etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm) of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs. 75 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin fire rated board conforming to IS: 2095: part I

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 3.5 X 95 sq. mm (45mm) of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
