M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) black coloured slab in single piece for platform of kitchen/WHB, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
