LT Feeder Piller Box:-Fabricate, supply and install test and commissioning of LT outdoor total enclosed LT panel board of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.2 Mtrs approx totally enclosed made out of 1.2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet dust and vermin proof with front opening 440V 3 Phase 4 wire , incoming MCB TPN 32 Amps 440 Volts 25 KA 01 No, 3 pole Contactor, Toggle switch, MCB SP, Over load Relay, Contactor for motor, LED indiactor, push switch for motor and copper wiring with multistranded cable including timer switch analog type 01 No and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making necessary pedestal 350 mm height from floor level with RCC work complete all as specified. (Note for Item No 1.0):-(a) Provn of wiring from panel to light fitting with 5 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable drawn through MS rigid/ flexible conduit with necessary fittings etc. as required. (b) Provn of single pointed air termination rode and necessary fitment required for protection against lightning protection.(Earthing shall be measured and paid separately) (c) Provn of aviation obstruction light twin dome aviation yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing red coloured polycarbonate dome with all accessories. S & F of LED flood light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection of cap 350 Watt, 127 lm/watt ,220V 50Hz supply ,pressure Die cast aluminium housing and IP 66 Class I protection, System efficacy ≥ 110/120LPW 10KV SPD included, to be fixed on High mast of any size complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M deep and 1.5 M width and getting out in soft or loose soil for foundation of poles (or) cable laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming layers not exc 25 M for cable laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing/excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Cutting the road/ footpath/ hard standing etc for laying of pipe all as specified and directed by Enge In Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone for making copings including use and waste of form work complete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or in cable ducts or clamping on wall DWC HDPE pipe of size 50 mm (OD) x 38 mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends,end caps etc. for LT cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.
