Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets brackets, switch boards etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring (surface) for one light / fan point controlled by one single pole, one way switch, 6 amps with 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated, sheathed, 1100 volt grade, multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable (red for phase and black for neutral), IS-694 marked, drawn through and including PVC casing caping not less than 32x16mm ISI Marked ivory colour complete with all PVC accessories / fittings ISI marked and sunk type pressed steel terminal switch boxes 1.5 mm thick duly painted with black bituminous paint over one coat of red oxide primer with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3mm thick make hylam, brass screws and cup washers including 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated green in colour as continuous earth conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly with all accessories, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub-Main wiring with 2x6 Sq mm for live and neutral, 1x6 Sq mm for earth wire, PVC insulated FRLS multistranded single core copper conductor cable (red for phase and black for neutral) alongwith earth wire in green colour drawn through rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia medium grade ISI marked ivory colour in surface/recessed as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work , complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 31,135.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
