Drilling of bore hole 45.72 cm dia through any kind of soil by adopting any method of drilling (direct or reverse circulation rotary) upto required depth including digging trenches and pits etc. all complete. (N.B.-In case the borehole is declared to be abondoned by the competent authority due to non-availibility of suitable thickness of aquifer capable of yeilding desired discharge the payment for abondoned bore hole shall be made (i) at 100% of the rates in case of drilling by Reverse Circulation Rig. i.e. at the rate of 80 % of the above rate and (ii) at 50 % of the rates in case of drilling by Direct Circulation Rig.) (i) Upto 30 metre below G.L.
(ii) Beyond 30 metres and upto 60 metres.
(iii) Beyond 60 metres and upto 90 metres.
(iv) Beyond 90 metres and upto 120 metres.
(v) Beyond 120 metres and upto 150 metres.
(vi) Beyond 150 metres and upto 175 metres.
(vii) Beyond 175 metres and upto 200 metres.
(viii) Beyond 200 metres and upto 225 metres.
Labour charges for lowering of UPVC. pipes, strainers,blank pipe etc. and fitting, fixing and jointing of tubewell assembly at sites by threading, welding etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 150 mm dia. (NB) Bottom Plug

Supplying, fitting, fixing the following fittings of PVC -U conforming to I.S 12818 & lowering in position etc as directed by the EIC. i) 250 X 150 mm. (NB) UPVC reducing socket
ii) 150 mm dia. (NB) UPVC end cap.
iii) 250 mm dia. (NB) UPVC top cap.
(iv) M.S Centre guide (consisting of 3 nos, not less than 450 mm long and 125 mm rise of arch) of approved quality with two nos of MS clamp suitable for PVC U pipes.
Supplying fitting and fixing of 150 mm heavy duty supporting clamp In two halves made of MS flat for holding 150 mm NB column pipe thickness of the clamp 12 mm , wide of the clamp 150 mm extended length of the arm 200 mm space between rows 100 mm sapce between bolts in a row 75 mm equally spaced from the centre line of the arm dia of bolt 16 mm. The gap between arms of clamp and pipe assembly before tightening should be between 6 mm to 10 mm .Two rows of bolts of 2 nos in each row of 16 mm size shall be provided on either side of the clamp in other words there will be all together 4 rows on either side of the of bolts with the provisions of 8 nos of bolts with nuts with spring and flat washer.
Supply of gravel for use as pack in tubewell of 2 mm to 4 mm size (as per IS-4097) and gravel treatment including screening ,washing, cleaning etc. of the gravels at the site complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) For sites at any district of West Bengal upto 60 km distance from quarry
Development of tubewell in accordance with IS-2800 (part-1) to establish maximum rate of usable water yeild without sand content beyond permissible limit with required capacity of compressor (about 150 psi, 300 cfm Air-compressor actual psi and cfm depend upon the tubewell head condition) running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed and followed by developement of tube well by over pumping with 15% to 25% highewr discharge than expected discharge of tube well capacity vertical turbine pump and carrying out step drawdown test, yeild test, verticallity test etc. as per prescribed method all complete including hire and labour charges of compressor tools & accessories etc. all as per requirement of EIC. (ii) Depth beyond 120 metre and upto 200 metre.
Mobilisation charges for transporting upto site including loading, unloading of all plants, machinaries & equipments required for drilling, development and testing of Tubewells and also the cost of construction temporary roads over field and / or culverts, repairing existing roads and / or culverts all complete, carrying materials on head load, carts or boats as the case may be :- i) For sites within 4 Km. from all weather metal road
Electrologging of bore hole of different dia tubewell for locating water bearing strata and saline aquifer, if any, after conducting relevant geophysical tests. All test reports and compiled data sheets should be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge (Cost is inclusive of all materials, labour & compilation of data sheets. The work should be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including compilation of data.)
Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring).
Sand filling in foundation or plinth in layers not exceeding 15 cm as directed and consolidatingthe same by thorough saturation with water and ramming complete includinghe cost of supply of sand. (b) With Fine Sand
Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.
Ordinery cement concrete (mix1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor asper relevent I.S. code.(d) with local hard black stone variety chips (crusher broken)
Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In foundation and plinth
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per direction of Engineer in charge.
12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete.
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. ii) for tor steel. I. JSW/JPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL ELECROSTEEL SSL
Ordinery Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm. nominal size) excluding shuttering and re-inforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant I.S. code. (iv) With local hard blackstone variety chips (crusher broken)
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor. b) with (1:4) cement morter, ii) 15 mm thick plaster
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado,floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (b) on steel or other metal surface( Iv) Two coats (With any shade except white)
Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufactures specification in G.Floor (b) Two Coats. ii) External surface (Ground floor) (b)Two Coats, (ii) Yellow, pink.
Supplying, fitting and fixing of Mild Steel Joist (125 mm X 75 mm. size) with R.C.C. pillars at the roof of pump house for fitting device of pump unit including hoisting and lifting.
Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.)
Transporting of submersible electromotor pumping set along with all other accessories and equipments including bend sluice valve column pipes etc. from sub divn. Stores to work site in cluding loading at the lifting point and unloading at the delivery point including necessary head load upto 100 mtr. at both ends. Distance upto 50 KM. a) 100/150/200 cu. M / hr. capacity electro motor pumping set. Additional distance beyond 50 KM for each additional distance 25 KM.
Supplying fitting and fixing of MS plate of size 40cmX40cm thickness 6 mm consisting of two equal halves (40cm X20cm) paced over housing pipe of HDTW/MDTW to rest the supporting clamp with semi circular hole of 170 mm dia at centre including locking arrangement between the two halves on both sides including fitting fixing of 40 mm dia gi bend by making a hole on plate for passing submerssible cable smoothly and complete in all respect.
Installation of submersible electro motor pumping set of following capacities by using necessary requisite, tools and plants by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe upto the following depth as per direction by fitting, fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washers and suspending the entire assembly of pump set vertically by fixing the same supported by M.S. clamps over the top of housing pipe, binding the motor cable with each column pipes and drawing cable upto pump controller/starter point including opening out of the top cap of housing pipe of the tubewell and testing of motor both in loading as well as in unloaded condition before and after installation of the same. (The rate is inclusive of hiring charges of tools & plants.) (a) 100/150/200 cubic metre her hour capacity electro motor pumping Set, (i) Length of pump assembly not exceeding 18 metre length.
Labour Charges for fitting, fixing and laying, where necessary of following M.S / G.I. / E.R.W. pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-inCharge. Fitting and fixing of 150 mm dia sluice valve
Fitting & fixing star delta starter for motor / pump controler with necessary nuts & bolts all complete as per direction of EIC.
Patch/Doubling works complete with 5 mm M.S. plate including welding, gas cutting, fitting, fixing complete. (c) Electric welding charges of 5 mm M.S. plate M.S. channels etc. and other member of the barge including hiring charges of all tools and plants.
Labour Charges for fitting, fixing of following M.S.pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (xii) 150 mm. dia. special bend, both ends flanged.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint ready mixed oil bound paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (b) On steel or other metal surface with supper gloss (hi-gloss) (ii) Two coats.
Charge for joining water proof cable with required water proof insulation and proper jointiing compound including supplying other related materials complete
