Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with levelling dressing and compacting the surface in required level and camber including all labour,T &P for proper completion of work.

Earth work in embankment with carted earth from an averege distance of 5.0 km distance from site of work digging at source & loading in to trucks and unloading at site spreading in 20.0cm layer level with cartage of earth Royalty of earth all labour T&P required for proper complition of Earth and as per direction by engineer in charge.

Mechanical compaction of earth filling to achieve 95% Proctor Density of earth. The compaction shall be done preferably with the help of roller of 8-10 tonne static weight and subsequent layer shall be tested and accepted by the Engineer Incharge.The work includes finishing shaping and dressing the shoulders/ verge/road bed/side slopes to confirm to the alignment, gradients, levels, cross sections and dimensions shown in the drawing or as directed by the Engineer Incharge subject to the surface tolerance as specified. Both the upper and lower ends of the slopes shall be rounded of to improve appearance and to merge the embankment terrain. The clods or hard earth shall be broken to have a maximum size of 50 mm when being placed in the embankment. The moisture content of the earth shall be checked at the site of placement prior to commencement of compaction, if found to be out of agreed limits the same shall be made good. The moisture content of each layer of soil shall be checked and shall be adjusted as required including the cost of all materials labour, T. & P. etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specification mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site ,for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density, complete as per MORTH specification clause 401 and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate, grade-II(size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material wirh water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , complete as per MORTH specification clause 406 and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen on prepared surface of granular base i/c cleaning of road surface and spreading bitumen grade V.G. 30 @ 0.6kg/Sqm using machinical means MORTH 502)

Providing and laying 50 mm thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes /per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 3.3 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratiory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects.

P/L 25 mm Thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP Prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause no 508 including tack coat 0.30 KG per Sqm complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Brick on edge pavement on road patries with bricks laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading a layer of 1.00 cm depth of local sand over a sub grade with S.O.B. including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick as per approved colour, layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORT & H specification No. 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T & P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Dag belling 15cm (6'') deep in one line alligned, with flags and jhandies as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (loam, clay, or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30.00 m and also including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to foundation trenches or in to the space between building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In charge up to a distance of30.00 m from foundation trenches as required for proper completion of the work.

Add to above item –13 to every additional 30 m lead or part of 30 m, for every additional 1.5 m lift or part of 1.5 m.

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved brick ballast, approved fine sand and cement in the proportion of 10:5:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 with cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

25 mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and approved 20 mm gauge stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust ratio of 5:1 as specified without base concrete and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Struck Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour & T & Petc. Required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No 574

Flush Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour & T & Petc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2 :4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand :4 stone grit 20mm aggregate) in slabs of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shutteing etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150.

M. S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as in R. C. C. or in R. B. work including bending for proper shape and supply of steel and its wastage bends, hook, and authorized overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 with cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Plain Cement Concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

40 mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and approved 20 mm gauge stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust ratio of 5:1 as specified without base concrete and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
