Dismantling RCC Jafri/jalli any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 mix using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 35mm thick (Measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:4 includin all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scurbing down with water etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces as of walls and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over primer complete all as specifed as direted by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L providing CM 1:3:6 Type C-0 12.5 mm graded agg. In precast coppings incl slightly rounded chemered angles and throating including necessary form work complete.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing laid in alternate bays Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/ demolition posts or struts embedded in soil or concrete etc (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wiremesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc including embeding in concrete and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar and nuts bolts shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straning and fixing to fencing post with staple or steel pins etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed mild steel work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, tank stagging etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and gurders) and hanging also fastening and complete all as specified and directed (Fe-410-W(Gde E-250)Quality-A).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of syanthetic anamel paint over one coat of red oxide Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with side lap fixed with srew.

S & F in repairs for MS gaslvanised punched tape concentina coil of 600 mm dia coil fixed with any type of angle and binding with and incuding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed
