Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (a) In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying, Fabricating and Erection of Pre-Fabricated PUF-Paneled Security cabin of size 1.80m(L) x 1.80m(B) x 2.40m(H) (Dimensions are internal dimensions, 2.40m height - from top of the flooring to lower side of the roof) including loading, transporting, unloading and erection at site of work in all respect and complete as directed by Engineer–in-Charge. The Pre-fabricated Security booth is made / fabricated as per specifications as given below. MAIN STRUCTURE: The main structural frame work should be comprising of base, roof, side wall columns etc., made out of 75x75x2mm thick Square Hollow Sections (SHS) and intermediate sections of 60x40x2mm Rectangular Hollow Sections (RHS) at 600mm c/c in both ways for base and intermediate sections of 60x40x2mm Rectangular Hollow Sections (RHS) at 900mm c/c in both ways at roof level and necessary intermediate supporting sections for windows, doors, writing table and platforms etc., as required including necessary welding as per the drawing attached. ROOF: The roof is made out of 30mm thick Profiled PUF Sandwich Panel fixed to the Structural frame work using suitable fasteners. The roof is provided with 3º to 5º slope to enable easy drain of rain water. The PUF Panel shall be CFC free, Self-Extinguishing, and Fire Retardant having density of 40 kg/cum (± 2 kgs). The edges of roofing are covered with Box Cladding ‘L’ flashing of approved colour made out of 0.45mm thick PPGL sheet folded to shape and fixed to the main frame work at top. The roof shall be extended for 0.30m at front and back side of cabin. Rainwater Gutter of size 2.10m x 0.15m with PVC drop is to be provided on suitable side to drain out the water. The roof shall be provided with suitable arrangement for fixing of Solar Panel. PAINTING: All the surfaces of MS SHS, RHS shall be primed with one coat of steel primer and finished with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour and shade. ELECTRICALS: The Pre-fabricated PUF-Paneled Security cabin shall be provided with Electrical fittings like 1 No. of wall mounted fan of size 300mm dia., 2 Nos. LED light fixtures of Wattage 18 W, 3 Nos. of 5A socket with independent switch control, 2 Nos. Bulk head fittings at outer side. A 4-way single phase Distribution Board shall be provided inside the cabin. Separate switch box for individual control of Lights & fan shall be provided. All Point and socket Wiring shall be done with 1.5 Sqmm Copper wire in ISI marked PVC conduit of 20mm size. All Electrical fittings shall be of reputed/AAI approved make only. All the required wiring including supply & fixing of Electrical fittings is included in the scope of work. The rate shall be inclusive of complete installation/erection charges firmly on the platform at the locations shown by EIC.
