Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing gravel base 100mm thick (consolidated thickness) including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating etc., all complete as directed.

Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared, cutting and stacking the useful fire wood if any within an initial lead of 100 mtrs etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Pre-Construction Anti-termite Treatment using Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1 % concentration as detailed below including cost of chemicals, labour and all other incidental charges for entire ground floor area of building and injecting termicide emulsion to the soil in contact with the foundation along the perimeter of both internal and external walls, etc., all as per IS: 6313 (Part-2). Note:- 1) Top surface of cosolidated earth within plinth walls shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr/Sq.m of the surface before the sand bed or sub-grade is laid. 2) Treatment along the external perimeter and internal perimeter at junction of the wall and the floor of the building shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr/Sq.m, to facilitate this holes shall be provided @ 150mm apart upto GL for inner side and upto 300mm below GL for external perimeter. 3) The entire treatment shall be done as per the specifications and instructions of the termicide Manufacturer and as directed by the Department. 4) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of anti termite treatment. 5) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the above anti-termite treatment work.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying 75mm thick Base course under the flooring with cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 using 25mm size hard broken stone including consolidation, formwork, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

Filling in depression with cement brick aggregate concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm size broken brick aggregate including compacting, curing etc., all complete upto Floor V level

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. [Note : Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured seperately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for seperately.]

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding Steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of 50mm thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:2:4 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using approved well cured flyash bricks (made as per IS 12894 or latest edition) in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand. (Flyash+crushed stone sand+ lime+ additive/cement with water proofing chemicals and accelerators) (non modular of class designation 5.0 ) with mortar in the ratio 1:1:4, where 1 part of flyash(IS 3812 or latest), 1 part of cement (IS 269 latest) and 4 parts of fine aggregate(IS 2116 latest), including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Providing and constructing 110 mm thick brick masonry at all lifts for partition walls using approved well cured flyash bricks (made as per IS 12894 or latest edition) in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand. (Flyash+crushed stone sand+ lime+ additive/cement with water proofing chemicals and accelerators) (non modular of class designation 5.0 ) with mortar in the ratio 1:1:4, where 1 part of flyash(IS 3812 or latest), 1 part of cement (IS 269 latest) and 4 parts of fine aggregate(IS 2116 latest), including supplying and providing 2 Nos. of 6/8mm MS rod at every third layer, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position of 230/110mm wire cut brick masonry using wire cut bricks of approved make in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) in all shapes and sizes including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, sunken pointing the joints using suitable sealents of brick colour, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position of Terracota Jaali of size 300 x 200 x 100 mm of make Nuvocotto (Edan Series) or other approved equivalent make including fixing the jaali with approved adhesive, pointing the joints with approved sealents of jaali colour/shade, scaffolding, transportation, curing, at all lifts etc., all complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: The Terracota Jaali shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Providing and fixing Marble / Granite work gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The marble/Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Supplying and fixing 20mm (±2mm) thick both side polished Kota Stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, etc., including fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directied by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames of make Steeltech or NCL Seccolor or SIGNUM conforming to IS: 4351 manufactured by roll formed using 1.6mm thick Galvanised steel sheets including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including provision for fixing steel butt hinges with mortar guards, lock strike plate and shock absorbers as specified including applying one coat of approved etch primer after pre-treatment of the surface and painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved make and colour, filling the hollow of door frame and hold fast pocket of size 230x115x150mm with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm downgraded stone aggregate etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Profile A - 90 x 60 mm Single rebate

Providing and fixing Wardrobe, built-in cupboard shutters, drawers, etc., fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ Sq. Mtr.) of TATA / JINDAL or approved make with total coated thickness of 0.58 mm as detailed below:- Dimensions of Sections:- External frame section shall be of 48mm x 50mm x 0.58mm thickness, mullion section shall be of 48mm x 50mm x 0.58mm thickness, shutter section shall be of 47mm x 20mm x 0.58mm thickness and beading section shall be of 12mm x 12mm x 0.58mm thickness. Paint specifications:- Coated Sections shall be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a Polyester Paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick. Fixing Details: The frame & Shutter Sections shall be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of polypropelene. Mullion Section shall be joined with Frame / Mullion using Nylon / polypropelene Mullion Cap, Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket shall be used all around glass/ particle board in shutter, between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass.

Accessories: Each shutter shall be provided with one set of S.S pivot hinges, Handle made of high grade Aluminium powder coated with nylon receiver. (Note:- Aluminium frame work will be paid for seperately under relevant item.)

Providing and fixing Sliding glass door Notice board of approved size of make Schoolneeds or Corporate Concepts or Alkosign made up of anodized aluminium frame work along with 5mm thick clear float glass of “SAINT COBAIN” or approved equivalent make for sliding door including providing sliding arrangement, star locks, 12mm thick soft board covered with colour (blue / maroon) blazer / flannel cloth backed with PVC sheet, providing clamps at the back side for wall mounting, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position of 5mm thickness Tinted glass of approved colour of "Saint Gobain" or approved equivalent make for doors, partition, windows, fixed glazing, louvers, etc., including fixing with putty, TW beading, Neoprene gasket, etc., all complete as per drawing and specifications.

Providing and fixing Dual Reflective Sun Control Film of Garware or approved equivalent make over the existing windows including cleaning the glass, pasting the films over glass without void / air gaps using approved adhesive, cleaning, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter 'E' Channel, trellis, etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, reinforcing the door shutters at top and bottom with MS rod threaded and fixed to vertical members, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels for windows, in built tower bolt, reinforcing rods, etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid seperately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick) finishing and of approved shade / colour with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating bending and fixing the position of AISI 304 grade stainless steel section for hand railing/hanger rods made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., of required size including butt / mitre welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, drilling holes in floor/walls embedding/ grouting with suitable grouting materials, etc., all complete as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1. The stainless steel tubular pipe/ section shall conform to ASTM A554/A312. 2. All welding joint shall conform to V groove joint and joint shall be ground finish. 3. There shall not be any spatter or imperfection on the pipe and the pipe surface shall be ground and smooth. 4. External surface of SS pipe shall be buffed to mirror finish. 5. The rate shall be inclusive of providing ball joiners, flush joiners, base plate/flanges, cover plate, end caps epoxy glue, round face/square face glass connecters for fixing etched colour glass if any of required size with gaskets including curved railings where ever required cost of screws, weld etc., 6. The entire pattern of stainless steel hand railing work/pattern including fixing of etched glass, if any in the hand rail shall be got approval by Engineer in charge/Achitect before execution. 7. Only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., for payment purpose.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of the 35mm thickness of ISI marked non decorative type factory made flush door shutters having solid hardwood block board core with commercial facing on both sides, internal teakwood lipping (Internal lipping shall have a total depth of not less than 25mm) using second class teak wood on all four sides, phenol bonded, hot pressed, conforming to IS: 2202 latest edition, of various sizes with necessary test certificate as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) Cost of Door frame shall be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) The width of the frame including lipping shall not be less than 45mm and not more than 75mm.

Providing Vision panel of size 150x200mm in WPC door / Solid core flush door shutters with 4mm thick clear float glass of approved make including cutting the door shutter to required shape and size, fixing glass with TW beading alround, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing factory made approved PVC solid door frame and panelled PVC door shutter with furniture fittings as detailed below as per specification and as directed. i) Door Shutter The door shutter shall be of 28mm thick factory panelled door of make Accucel or other approved equivalent make using solid PVC frame profile with integral FP-7114 as frame and 3mm thick H.P.L (high pressure compact laminated) as in fill, including the shutter frame shall be reinforced with 39 x 19 x 0.6mm thick GI - C stiffner alround in between FP - 7114, providing telescopic polymeric L corner at four corners, providing 75 x 38 x 18mm Zinc coated MS - C clamp at lock rail joint, providing FP - 1208 beading alround the HPL infill, the joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwick, etc., as per manufacturer specification. ii) Fittings:- The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings. a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of make Classic/CLASSIC or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of door shutters with required hardware fittings as detailed above. 3) The rate shall be inclusive of dismantling of existing damaged door shutter and disposal of dismantled materials at GSO store.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked Stainless steel butt hinges (Heavy weight) of size 125 x 65 x 2.50mm of make GARG or approved equivalent make including fixing with suitable stainless steel screws, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of 100 x 63 x 4mm Aluminium butt hinges conforming to IS : 205 of make 'Classic or Crown' or approved equivalent make including anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, fixing with necessary CP screws, etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing IS:208 marked Aluminium handles of size 125mm x 12mm dia. of make 'Classic or Crown' or approved equivalent make including anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, fixing with necessary SS screws etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing of 250 x 16 mm ISI marked Aluminium sliding door bolts (Aldrops) of 'Classic or Crown or Global ' or approved equivalent make as per IS 2681 including anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, fixing with 5 Nos of clip and staple with necessary CP screws etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing anodised Aluminium hook and eye of 250mm long with suitable screws.

Providing and fixing 300mm long plate fixed with three / four prong type anodised aluminium robe hooks of approved make with suitable screws.

Providing and fixing Anodised aluminium hanging type door twin rubber stoppers of required colour or shade including fixing with necessary screws etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 50mm long and 40mm dia. PVC solid door buffer with 75mm x 10mm SS screws and cup washers.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of "HARDWYN" or "GODREJ" or approved equivalent make with ISI mark, pivoting and all other arrangements including cost of cutting floor, SS cover plates with brass pivots & other necessary accessories required for the work to facilitate smooth operation of the door shutter etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel Grills of required pattern and size for Windows/Ventilators, Staircase Hand Rails, etc., fixed to openings/wooden frames at site, comprising of MS square bars / MS rounds / MS flats, etc., including fixing with necessary wood screws for fixing grills / by welding in steel windows, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer/ zinc phosphate primer, etc., all completed as per specification. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.]

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works.

Note:- The mild steel rolled section like angles, flat required to fabricate the weld mesh panel will be paid separately under the relevant item.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 20mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo / IPS flooring using 40/20mm wide & 4mm thick glass strips including grinding the top surface smooth to match with the floor, etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick White Agaria Marble Stone slab table rubbed, exposed edges rounded and polished of required size and fixed in urinal partitions, shelves above wash basin, etc., by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specification and as directied by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite stone in Flooring with 16-18mm thick one side Leather finished granite stone slab of approved shade, colour, size and texture laid over 20mm (average) thick base in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including laying, chamfering, providing grooves where ever required, pointing the joints with approved grouting materials, curing, cleaning, polishing, etc., all completed as per drawings and specification. Note : The Granite stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order. Note:- a) The under frame:- Made of pine wood runners of 70mmx45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10/19mm thick Rubber air cushioned pads, stappled through the two wings at 300mmx300mm. The floor surface shall be treated with vapour barrier and the runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. b) Finish: - The surface board shall be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and lock to the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards shall be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 15 to 20 mm shall be left open between the wooden flooring surrounding tiled area / walls. After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finishing with P.U. Polishing and water based polyurethane lacquer. c) Marking:- Game line marking shall be carried out in required colors before applying the finishing coat. d) Warranty: A warranty bond shall be executed for the period of 5 years from the date of defect liability period.

Providing and applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or other approved make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications.)

Providing and laying Cementitious water proofing treatment system comprising of bond coat, top screed concrete including preparation of surface by removing the existing loose surfaces, cleaning the surface by washing throughout, filling the cracks if any using approved crack fillers, applying bond coat, finishing the top with 20mm thick IPS flooring with water proofing admixtures, leak test, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Crack Treatment: Making 'V' groove (upto 6mm depth and 6 mm width) along the surface cracks, cleaning the surface by sprinkling water to remove all the loose particles, dust and filling the cracks with Polymer modified cementitious crack sealer of make FAB Chemical (Mixbuild GP) or Bostik (Crack fill). Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. ii) Bond coat : Applying Base primer bond coat with of make FAB chemical (Mix Bond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) over the existing surface. Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) IPS flooring with water proofing admixture : After applying one coat of bond coat (within 30 minutes) while bond coat is in tacky condition, laying of Indian Patent Stone Flooring (IPS) with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones shall be commence which is mixed with integral water proofing of make FAB chemicals (MIX BOND AC) or Bostik (HYDROMENT 476) and mixing of fibre reinforcement of approved make as per manufacturer specifications. After completion of surface finishing, control joints (Groove) shall be provided with suitable groovers. Application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- This treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment, authorized trained applicator should be used to carry out the work.

Designing, manufacturing and erection of Self supported Steel roofing system (Trussless) over a span of 25Mtr of make Proflex or other approved make confirming to IS 15965/ASTM A792M made up of with pre-painted galvalume coated steel sheet of 1.4mm (± 0.02mm) base metal thick having coil width of 912mm (± 2mm) and 1.5mm (± 0.02mm) after paint thick of Grade-D (Min 350MPa Yield strength) and coating mass 150AZM including fabricating the roof profile as per design, errecting using cranes, fixing using required fasteners/ SDS wahers, epoxy paint laquer, necessary overlappings/crimping, providing necessary electrical hangers to fix electrical fittings (Approximately each electrical hangers around 25 kg) at every across 1.5m length and 3m along length, flashing by folding bottom sheet to cover the puff portion at the exposd edges/ ends, fixing rain water gutters lower ends, trimming, cutting to profile foam fillers etc., all completed as per manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Only exposed area without overlapping will be measured for payment. 2) Design report shall be submitted and vetted by the Department well in advance before commencing the manufacturing of Zinc Alu sheets. 3) Required provisions for installation of solar panels over the roof and provision of routing of conduits shall be provided in the roof sheets and the same may be duly approved by the Department. 4) The above work should be done by specialized agency having sufficient knowledge in trusless roofing system.

Providing and fixing of Self Supported Galvalume Cladding system for Gable end area with pre-painted galvalume coated steel sheet of 0.8mm (± 0.02mm) base metal thick having base coil width of 610mm (± 4mm) profiled to 305mm (± 10mm) and 0.85mm (± 0.02mm) after paint thick of Grade-D (Min 350MPa Yield strength) and coating mass 150AZM confirming to IS 15965 including mechanically seamed manufactured by MIC Hydraulic Machines to profiles, fixing top and bottom using required fasteners/ SDS wahers over the structural steel support, epoxy paint laquer, proper overlapping and seaming between different sheets without making holes or preventing the overturning the roof by wind addition, etc., all completed as per manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
