Part (A) Daily Cleaning work of 3x10.2 MW capacity Matatila Power House, offices, Left & Right Bank Colony & central store of Power House for the period of two years. A1) Daily cleaning work of Matatila Power House, Electrical store, Home Guard Security rooms and inside the premises. As per following work/Location/Area. 1. External area of main building walls.-3000 m2 2. External wall area of auxiliary building (Diesel engine room, security room side, T-off cubical)-1215m2 3. Inside area of main building walls. -4608 m2 4. Inside area of wall of auxiliary building. -1100m2 5. Floor area in front of main Power House Building up to main gate.-3500m2 6. Floor area inside of Power House Building is to be cleaned and mansion polish is to be applied. -1766m2 7. Cleaning of floor of the Power House including control room walls, floor and ceiling. -01job 8. Cleaning of the Power House road inside the premises. -01 job 9. Cleaning of the Power House lawns and uprooting of grass at switch yard. -01 job 10. Providing of cleaning material as per list enclosed. A2) Daily cleaning work of Division offices, central stores, Left & Right bank Colonies and premises. As per following work/Location/Area 1. Cleaning of the Division and Sub-Division office-01job 2. Cleaning of central store from inside with cleaning of racks, floor etc. and from outside with uprooting of grass and unwanted plants. Inside area -1000m2 Outside area -4020m2 3. Cleaning of Left and Right bank colonies of power house (work included cleaning of toilet, colony roads, grass uprooting etc.) -01 job 4. Providing of cleaning material as per list enclosed.

Part (B) Daily Cleaning work of 3x1.2 MW capacity Sheetla Power House, office & Colony for the period of one year under EGD, Matatila Lalitpur for the period of two years. 1. Floor area in front of main power house building up to main gate. 800m2. 2. Floor area inside of power house building (cleaning and Applying mansion polish.) 800m2 3. Inside area of main building walls. 1800m2 4. Inside area of wall of auxiliary building. 1000m2 5. External area of main building walls. 1200m2 6. External wall area of auxiliary building (Generator room , security room, type IInd & IIIrd quarter etc. 700m2 7. Cleaning of floor of the power house including control room and ceiling. 01 Job 8. Cleaning of the power house road inside the premises. 01 Job 9. Cleaning of the power house lawns and uprooting of grass at switch yard. 01 Job 10. Cleaning of colonies of power house work included cleaning of toilet of employees, colonies roads, grass uprooting etc. 01 Job
