M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300x450mmx7mm thick including over 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying tile finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut Kota stone of size 45 x 45cm or 60 x 60cm, pre mirror polished (selected quality) slab flooring 20 to 22 mm thick laid in slope and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4,and Including taking down the existing item complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L 20-22 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab pre mirror polished (selected quality) staircase skirting, dado and pillar fixed over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4,and taking down the existing item complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block core plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, chemically treated against termite infestation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick IInd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive gauge/glass cut and metered beads and divided into square with plain chamfered or rounded metered and rebated sash bars any numbers size of members of shutters all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail on either side. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles. & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc complete as specified and directed and sample shall be approved by GE. S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube fixing in existing opening including necessary hold fast and filling concrete all and as specified and directed and sample shall be approved by GE.
