Cleaning and clearing the blockage of sewage lines, of any dia ,type and any depth, removing any type of blockage by roding from main holes or by flushing water with pressure pump.

Taking out of solid/semi solid sludge from existing man holes of any size and any depth and burying the entire sludge/sludge water into excavated pit of adequate size including excavating and covering with earth or disposing off into covered vehicles outside the pheripheri of defence land to a distance exceeding 1 KM including taking off RCC/iron manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning.

Providing two sweepers on daily basis for attending day to day complaints and clear blockage in all respects whether in WC, Bathroom, kitchen, gully trap or in manholes. Note : Sweepers will give attendance in AGE B/R office for getting complaints and resubmit in next day after completion. The complaint will be attended in the same day otherwise Rs 100 per complaint per day will be charged.

Cleaning of septic tanks up to and including 25 users capacity inclusive of removing solid or semi solid sludge and sludge water by mechanically or manually and burying the entired sludge/sludge water in to excavated pit of adequate size including excavating and covering with earth or disposing off into covered vehicles outside the pheripheri of defece land to a distance exceeding 1 KM including taking off RCC/iron mainholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning. Note:- the contractor should have own /self purchase cleaning equipment ie vacume cleaning machine,cleaning rod,automatic safty clutch,folding handle ,sludge suction machine/motor etc as required for cleaning.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware or AC/RCC) 150mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and removing the debris including concrete bed and haunching from the trenches all as specified and directed.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware or AC/RCC) 200mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches and removing the debris including concrete bed and haunching from the trenches all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm dia including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid tested in cement concrete 1:4;8 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 200mm dia including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid tested in cement concrete 1:4;8 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates.

150mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipe Class A laid in trenches on concrete bedding jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

200mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipe Class A laid in trenches on concrete bedding jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick works built in cement mortar including all quoins pillars arches etc including PCC benching/coping etc

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded cruched stone aggregate) as in benching, coping etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface fininished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of integral water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturers instructions ( Note :- water proofing compound will be paid separately under respective item).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (Reinforement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slab fixed in position including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6.

M&L mild steel TMT 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

Vitreous china squatting pan of patern 'Orissa pattern ' size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rests, flush pipe including provn of lime concrete bedding and making good the dismantled surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in repair. Make:- Hindware/Parryware/Cera

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white including fixing bolts and connecting to drain pipe, including seat cover plastic flat bottom and MS Chromium plated hinging device and connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipe etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous china bowl urinal flat back,size of 465x355x265mm white including waste pipe 32mm dia GI pipe, grating and brass union for discharge pipe complete including providing and fixing plug bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plug with and including 60mm long brass screw pointing around urinal back in cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cast iron 'P' or 'S' traps 100mm dia complete as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron floor trap 100mm outlet dia with grating including joints to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate.

PVC SWR pipe single socket of 75mm dia in any length with rubber washer ring joint fixed to wall.

PVC SWR bend of 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
