SUPPLY SERVICES:-

Steel Tubular Galvanised Pole 540 Mpa, SP-64 pole in two section i/c GI nut & bolts and washer as per TS (Weight = 292 kg / pole).

ACSR Conductor of size 6/1/4.09 mm (Racoon) conforming to IS.

ACSR covered conductor, voltage grade 33 kV, 120 sq.mm x 1 Core, anti-tracking with water blocking compound conforming to IS.

Mid Span Joints for covered conductor.

Wedge Connector for covered conductor.

Non-mettalic Cable Tie for cable conductor.

Heat Shrinkable Cable Termination Kit for 120sq.mm x 1 Core.

Insulated Piercing Connector (CC to CC).

33 kV Polymer Disc Insulator 90 kN, creepage distance 900 mm conforming to IS.

33 kV Tension Type Hardware fittings for 90 kN Disc Insulator conforming to IS.

33 kV Polymer Pin Insulator 10 kN, creepage distance 900 mm conforming to IS.

33 kV Double Pole cross arm made out of 2 pieces of 3.10 mtrs. Long galvanised MS channel of 100x50x6mm drilled with 3 Nos hole 26mm φ in these 3 pieces (2 Nos towards the end 5cm from the edges and 1 No in the middle) including drilling 4 Nos of hole of 18mm φ in both the piece for fixing half threaded through bolt of size 250mm long x 16mm φ (GI bolts and nut with washer to be provided) complete as as per TS and approved drawings.

33 kV Top "V" Shaped cross arm made of galvanised MS Channel of size 100x50x6mm by welding 3 Nos of channel pieces of length 1x316+1x795+1x958mm, drilled with 2 Nos hole 26mm φ for fixing 33kV pin insulator and 4 Nos slot of size 18mm φ x 36mm including supply of back clamp and nut and bolts complete as reqd. and as per drawing.

33 kV Bottom 'V' shaped cross arm made out of galvanised MS channel of 100x50x6mm by welding 5 Nos of channel pieces of length 2x80+1x350+2x785mm drilling with 2 Nos of hole of 26mm φ 1525 mm apart suitable for fixing 33 kV pin insulator on the channel and 2 Nos of slot of size 18mm φ x 36mm in the channel for fixing MS Clamp made out of 50x6mm MS flat including supplying of belting angle, clamps for fixing cross arm with tubular pole (GI nut & bolts to be provided) complete as as per TS and approved drawings.

Cross bracing frame work for 33 kV overhead line Double Pole structure having horizontal member 2 x 2.32mtrs. made of 65x65x6mm and vertical member 2 x 2.80mtrs. made of galvanised MS angle of size 50x50x6mm to form a rectangle of minimum size of 2400mm width and 2800mm height complete with galvanised MS flat 50x6mm clamps 4 Nos suitable for steel tubular galvanised poles (SP-64 ) with 13 Nos nut & bolts (full threaded) 12mm dia 50mm long i/c drilling holes complete as reqd and approved drawing.

Stay set complete (Galvanised) with anchor plate of size 450x450x7.5mm with square washer and hexagonal nut, stay rod 1.80 mtr long made out of 19mm dia G.I rod with welded looped 40mm dia, turn buckle of length 450mm made out of 19mm dia GI rod, GI stay wire 7/4.00 mm (Approx.10Kg/set), nut, thimbles, Guy insulator, stay clamp etc. as required conforming to IS.

Danger plate size 250 mm x 200 mm of thickness 3mm made of mild steel sheet of at least 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and the conventional skull and cross-bones in signal red colour on the front side for 33,000 Volts.

Guard Bracket made of galvanised MS channel of size 100x50x6mm of length=3500mm with back clamp, nut & bolts i/c drilling holes complete as reqd.

Guard wire 6 x 8SWG GI wire for guarding.

Anti-climbing device with G.I. thorn wire wires.

24 Fiber (DWSM) Optical Fiber Ground Wire (OPGW).

Joint box (24 Fiber) for OPGW.

ERECTION SERVICES:-

Route survey, spotting and peg marking complete as reqd.

Erection of Single Pole structure in Cement Concrete foundation (1 Cement : 3: Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) including excavation of pit in all kind of soil / rock, complete foundation (including supply of foundation materials), top muffing, fixing of cross arm, pole top bracket, guard bracket, anti-climbing devices, danger plate, pole numbering, etc complete in all repect as per TS.

Erection of Double Pole structure in Cement Concrete Foundation (1 Cement : 3: Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) including excavation of pit in all kind of soil/rock, complete foundation (including supply of foundation materials, PG clamps, etc.), top muffing, fixing of cross - arm, cross bracing, guard bracket, anti-climbing devices, danger plate, complete in all repect as per TS.

Stringing of 3-Ph 3-Wire 33 kV S/C line with ACSR Racoon and ACSR 150sqmm Covered Conductor including OPGW with installation of insulators, hardware fittings, guarding, jumpering, etc. as per TS. This shall also include erection of PG clamp, connector, repair sleeve jointing sleeves, danger plate & anti-climbing device (including supply of earth clamp) complete etc as reqd.

Installation of hardware set for 24 fibre OPGW cable i/c all fittings & accessories.

Erection of Stay set in Cement Concrete Foundation (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) including excavation and refilling complete as reqd.

Erection of earthing (including cost of materials 40 mm dai GI pipe 3.0 mtr long, 8 SWG GI wire) for pole earthing including salt, charcoal, etc as reqd.

Painting of old HT poles with one coat of red-oxide primer and two coats of alumium paint i/c supply of paint complete as reqd.

Painting of old 33 kV Double Pole Cross arm with one coat of red-oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint i/c supply of paint complete as reqd.

Painting of old 33 kV Single Pole (V shaped) Cross arm with one coat of red-oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint i/c supply of paint complete as reqd.

Jungle clearance along the corridor of 33 kV HT line (15 mtrs. wide) i/c cutting, uprooting and removing trees more than 20 cm to 61 cm girth filling up and levelling the hollows of dugs roots, stacking the useful materials and disposing of rubbish upto a distance of 15 mtrs outside the periphery of the area cleared (Girth to be measured 1.22 mtrs. above ground level in case of bamboo or cane clumps and as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

DISMANTALLING OF OLD LINE & TRANSPORATION OF SALVAGED MATERIALS:-

Dismantalling and uprooting of existing HT poles i/c cross arms complete as reqd.

De-stringing of ACSR conductor of various sizes i/c insulators and Hardware fitting complete as reqd. i. ACSR Conductor - 98 Km (16,758 Kg) ii. 33kV Insulators & H/w - 968 Sets (4,356 Kg) iii. 33kV Pin insulator - 540 Nos (3,240 Kg) Total Weight = 24,354.00 Kg

Carriage of damaged line materials from site to store by mechanical transportation (Lead - 30 Km) i. Pole = 32 Nos (4,928 Kg) ii. ACSR Conductor = 98 Km (16,758 Kg) iii. 33kV DP Cross arm = 58 Set (3,132 Kg) iv. 33kV 'V' Cross arm = 62 Set (1,240 Kg) v. 33kV Top Cross arm = 180 Nos (630 Kg) vi. Dic Insulators with H/w = 968 Nos (4356 Kg) vii. Pin insulator = 540 Nos (3,240 Kg) Total Weight = 34,284 Kg
