Painting work M&L of repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, incl cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs lead: with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of ISI marked flush door shutters confirming to IS;2202(Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both facesof shutters, 35mm thick including stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws in all complete.

Providing and fixing of aluminium sliding door bolts ,ISI marked anodized(anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc complete 300X16mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane with 3 mm thick.

Dismantling tile work in floors /walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25mm and up to 40mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete., Size-600x600mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints, Size-800x800mm

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

M&L for providing, fabricating and fixing of Polycarbonate sheet( 2mm thick) shed including structural steel work in built up roof truss, MS hollow square/round section 32mm dia, MS angle ,channels, T and any other section built up/ single/hot rolled/cold rolled of approved quality including cutting, welding ,grinding, smooth bend and curve at turning as per requirement ,necessary permanent rivets, nuts & bolts, straightening, making holes, painting on MS structural area with one coats of red oxide primer and two or more coats of synthetic enameled paint and providing & fixing of fiber sheet 3 to 4 mm thick of approved quality after making of complete MS structural shed including screwing with water proofing washer and fixing the complete fiber sheet shed on side wall/ RCC/existing MS structure by suitable fastener/welding incl necessary arrangement of frame work for support of working of G+III bldg with finishing in all complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge comprising as follows :- 3/1/83'X3.5' = 871.50Sqft

Providing and fixing in position GYPSUM FALSE CEILING of India Gypsum make which includes Gl Perimeter Channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one Flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and web of 27mm) as required along with perimeter of roundup, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm C/C. The suspending Gl intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm C/C with roundup angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners, roundup section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51 .5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm C/C, 12.5mm tapered edge Gypsum plaster board (conforming to IS 2095-1 982) will then screw fixed to roundup section with 25mm dry wall Philips screws at 230mm C/C. Screw fixing is done mechanically with drilling machine with suitable attachment, finally tapered edges of the Gyp boards are to be jointed and finished flush which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of dry wall top coat suitable for Gypsum plaster board (as per recommended practice of BPB India gypsum) etc., complete as per the recommended practices of India Gypsum. The quoted rate to included all kinds of profiles and cut outs, required for light fixtures, speakers, smoke detector, trap doors and AC grill in the roundup, 2' X 2' trap door, with necessary scaffolding, at all levels etc., complete as per drawing and as directed by Project Manager. All steel sections to be marked with "GYPSTEEL" which is a registered trademark of BPB IGL and hologram.

M&L for addition& alteration of existing vegetable store of Cook House including extension of store with PPGI sheet shed of size-5.00mx2.50m including 0.70 mtr height hardcore filling and necessary ramping ,PCC flooring, one flush door with(Size-2.13x0.90m) and one MS window (Size-1.60x1.50), PPGI sheet walling with fabrication of MS structure for supporting PPGI sheet wall and ceiling with necessary hold faster, SS screwing, welding, cutting and bending in all complete as per direction of Engr In Charge.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

15mm thick plastering on rough side of single or half brick wall with floating coat of neat cement with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 fine sand)

M&L for finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade two or more coats applied@ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Complete including all necessary fitting as per specifications /instructions of the Engineer in-charge. The rates are inclusive of all materials, labor, machinery, equipment, tools and tackles etc. all complete

M&L of scaffolding work on the exterior side, up to eight story height with 40mm dia MS tube, 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with MS tube, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working plate form etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after incl transportation, loading and unloading in all complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge

Testing of all UV stabilized SWR pipes including all fittings such as bends, clamps, tees, cowls, clean out plugs, offsets, Y-tees, tees, door fittings, clips, clamps, stays etc. conforming to IS-14735, including jointing with rubber gasket fixing in sunk areas, fixing at wall / ceiling level supported by steel clamps & hangers etc. including Cutting, chases/holes in floors / walls (brick & RCC)/ slab/core cut and making good the same and replace of items wherever required including testing and finishing in all complete.
