Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing bright finished brass casement window fastener with necessary screws etc. complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

(a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

(a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

(a) Two or more coats on new work.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

(a)With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Replacement of sufficiently damaged reinforcements or providing additional reinforcements with the damaged reinforcements by welding etc. including cost of reinforcement (TMT bar of required dia ),mobilization etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (work is to be executed upto 20 m heights above G.L).

Cleaning of open surface drain of size upto 400mm wide and 500mm deep & sprinkle of bleaching powder around the drain i/c removing & disposal of sludge upto dumping ground in the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of damaged/rusted wire gauge & screws from existing wire gauge shutters by cutter machine and repair of rusted shutter/MS beading with welding set including fixing of new wire gauge with screws in shutters including painting of replaced MS flat/beading etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick shutters for cup board etc. : (a) Panelled or panelled & glazed shutters :

Second class teak wood including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws.

Smoothening and minor repairing of collapsible gate shutter complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 25mm CPVC valve as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 25mm CPVC socket as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs of PVC long bend pipe leakage in Toilet including cutting of floor and pasting white cement complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
