M&L for scarfying or picking gravelled or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm removing material and stacking complete all as specified.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickenss) WBM in two layers (each layer to be measured separately). with coarse aggregate of granite trap, basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber as required using roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen VG-30) @ 10 Kg. Per 10 Sq.m. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Premixed bituminous macadam with binder content 4% using paving bitumen laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thick ness 75mm or less) using power roller exc 8 ton & n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engieer-in-Charge.

M&L Bituminous Premixed semi dense asphalitic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid in mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth, making good by applying tack coat @5 kg/ 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) 9.8 kg per/ 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over area n.exc. 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 250m and upto total distance of 500m depositing as directed complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exc. 8 tonne but n.exc. 12 tonne including watering, consolidating to the required level, gradient, camber etc. in cutting, filling in hollows and depressions in the process complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 200mm thick (complacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) of grade-I as per table 400-I of MORT&H, IRC specification laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compaceted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller and vibratory roller complete as per MORTH specification clause-401 including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour, using hot thermoplastic material with fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surfaces including necessary T&P, including cleaning the road surface off all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as per manufacture's instructions and all as specified and as directe by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 80mm dia of Convex Mirror made of PC material provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirement. It is meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T-junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc. It is also deal for surveilance. It should have clear & define mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It is unbreakable & stronger than the glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shell (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125x125x 25mm (shank of 65mm) of high efficiency Monocrystafiene solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one Ni-ed rechargable battery 1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pre-cast kerb stone type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by GE including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path including embedding PCC pre-cast kerb stone in ground to any depth as required and tamping soil around kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation work for kerb stone may please be done carefully, to save the existing surface/ edges of black top road. Any damage for black top road occur during execution of work, necessary repairs shall be done and cost of such repairs shall be borne by contractor himself.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over coat of primer.

M&L for moorum/soil filling in shoulders or pavings etc. laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases for hardstanding/path finished including forwmwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in floor/hard-standing/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forwmwork complete all as specified and as directed.
