Taking down/out existing aluminium/copper point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket complete including all fittings such as switches, sockets,ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, FR through and including concealed PVC conduit with fittings and PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable continious earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm ,FR,connected to common earth including modular sunken boxes for mounting of accessories complete for one light point/ fan point/ call bell point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of making good the disturbed surface plastering / filling putty alongwith matching with the existing finish is deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Taking out existing old unserviceable distribution box /sheet metal enclosure off size and making good disturbed surfaces complete with same colour.

Material and labour for replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing in the wall, cutting chases grouting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed including the folowing:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release - 01 No (In coming) (b) Bus bar of Aluminium factory made duly insulated with adhesive tape RYB & black -4 Nos (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp-4 Nos, MCB SP 10 to 32 Amp - 08 Nos (Out going) (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip of suitable ampacity as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way SPN with factory made bus bar, double door complete all as specified and directed.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
