Hire and labour charges for laying one layer good quality torpoline and one layer of Jute/Coir mat including one layer of synthetic carpet etc.

Hire and labour charges for providing box type partition of 3.00Mtr. (approx) hight for counting hall on the wooden floor inside the NIS/KAK with double frame work (300mm width) of hard wood batten (50mm X 50mm) @ 1.20m c/c in the rows of 50mm X 50mm bracing as necessary outer & inner faces of the partition will be covered with 19mm thick ply wood board and new decorative hessian respectively. All partition should be made to made of welded wire mesh, necessary arrangement should also be made to make the partition rigid and strengthening every face corner during construction period so that the existing wooden floor may not damage in any way complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for fitting fixing collapsible gate of required size as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewing square or hexagonal mesh netting only (made with 18 B.W.G. galvanised wire) as per existing design including taking out old battens etc. (as necessary) and refixing with new screws: (a) 19mm mesh.

Hire and labour charges for ply board of 19mm thick of size- 8'.00" X 4'.00".

Walling with clean G.I.C sheets with bamboo / sal frame & post complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for erecting of temporary pandal with sal bullah post and bamboo railing with water proof tarpaulin cover on it coloured cloth ceiling underneath the pandal jhalore of coloured cloth on sides and covering post with coloured cloth.

Hire and labour charges for erection of platform with 25 mm thick wooden plank & shuttering & providing as stair using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved etc. etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for taroplin walling with 150 mm dia salbullah post @ 2.00 m apart & 1.00 mm dia bamboo horizontal member @ 1.00 m apart framing & decorative cloth covering complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire and labour charges for following materials. Wooden table (1.5 m X 0.95 m)
