Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of sludge pump with discharge 612Cum/Hr. and 20M head for sludge pump house of WTP-II,GRWW.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 m. (b) above 150 mm. thick

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied with in manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Steel plates : (E 250 conforms to IS:2062-2006) (b) 10 – 20 mm.

Cutting to requisite length or shape departmental R.S. Joist, channel,angle, tees, plates etc.(Payment to be made on area of cut surface)

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: (a) Tack weld

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout ,props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slab, beam, columns,lintels,curvedor straight including fitting , fixing and striking out after completion works (upto roof of ground floor) a)25mm to 30mm wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix1:1.5:3)with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Plaster ( to wall, floor,ceiling etc)with sand &cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (ground floor) i) With 4:1 cement mortar. a) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about1.5mm thick in wall dado,window, sills, floors, drain etc.

Dewatering by pumps including all leads, lifts and making all arrangements of disposal,where continuous flowofwater from a source other than natural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage, breakage and making wet connections. [Note :- In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering. use of this item is to be approved by the Superintending Engineer/Tender Accepting Authority. This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification o ftheE.I.C.who will be satisfied in absolute discretion that such work has not been necessitated due to any natural source of water or any fault of the Contractor]
