Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc with and including taking out existing roof treatments, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm and Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polyproplyllen) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer, @ 0.3 Ltr Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using bitmun torch.The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shallbe overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/ up to 500 mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet.All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab for providing proper slabs, and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for remove all loose gravel cement mortar, dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application loose existing bituminous material manually and with heal torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface with no loose material including rendering 15mm thick on existing surface to receive tar felt LM . Repair all joints & cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch cold applied, Bituminous Motor & Cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid Shalikote T-10, Created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ration of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (As per surface conditions). Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make of approved by GE having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no dilation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm. * Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. * Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs. * Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller. * Allow it to dry for 10-12hrs after apply 3rd coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting chases, pinning in brick work for concealed water tubing and making good to facings where required and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 cutting not exceeding 10cm girth all as specified.

Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and providing applying two coats of rust remover and two coat of alkaline rust converting primer/zinc primer and form a corrosion resitant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats use.

Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in thickness exceeding 40 mm but not exceeding 100mm by providing and casting with pre-packed dual shrinkage compensated micro concrete of minimum grade of M40 and above including providing and fixing of watertight foam faced finish shuttering all lead and lift mixing placing, deshuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry of construction joints of differences in any to satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, curing etc, complete all as specified.

Rebuilding In Slab/roof projection section of damaged RCC elements to its original size or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in thickness not exceeding 60 mm in layers of min thickness exceeding 20 mm and avg thickness 40 mm each by providing and applying ready mised duel shrinkage compensated thixotropic mortar (PMM) of minimum grade M40 and above, including all lead lift, mixing by addition of water only as per manufacture's recommendation, levelling the surface, curing etc complete all as specified.
