Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto :t.5 m.(5 fts.) and lead upto 30m.(100 fts.] & including filling. watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30 m.(t00 fts.) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement concrete L:4:8 (1 cement 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nomina size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation

Providing and laying in position specified grade o reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - Al work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 rement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-IU): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomina size). Up to plinth level

Providing anr4 laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - AI work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomina size). Up to plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15” landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of cencering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.S coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

T.M.T.-FE-500 steel Or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V leve

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side ot single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 2 cement : 6 fine sand.
