Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common brunt clay (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortr 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

40mm thick marble chips flooring rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, under layer 34 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size and top layer 6 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from 1mm to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume including cement slurry and curing complete : Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1: Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20MM nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15 degree slope excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work upto floor V level.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. TMT

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for : Walls any thickness including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies & access platform

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches ,plinth sides of foundations etc layers not exceeding 20 CM in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m .Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking.

Carriage of material by Mechanical transport from source to site of work including loading unloading and stacking
