Required1. Civil Contractors Class ? I or above Registered with government of Telangana or CPWD
Required2. The bidder must fulfil the following experience for execution of civil works in the last 7 years in Govt. / Government undertakings as a PRIME CONTRACTOR as mentioned in tender document
RequiredIn case the equipment is proposed to be supplied through an authorized dealer, the bidder shall submit a valid Manufacturer?s Authorization Certificate (MAC) issued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The MAC shall be enclosed as part of the bid document.
Requiredthe bidder shall enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the OEM/authorized dealer for the supply of equipment for the project, ensuring compliance with all technical requirements as per FINA
RequiredThe bidder shall have a turnover of 50 % of the estimated cost put to tender in any one year of the last three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.
RequiredEvidence of turnover should be supported by a certificate issued from Chartered Accountant, which shall be uploaded on e-procurement portal
RequiredThe bidder shall possess valid statutory registrations such as GST, PAN, ESI, EPF, and any other compliances mandated under applicable laws
RequiredThe bidder shall submit copies of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR) and along with copies of the PAN & GST Registration certificate & GST Returns for the last quarter of the FY 2024-25.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit Liquid Assets/Credit Facilities/ Solvency certificate issued from any Nationalized / Scheduled commercial bank having at least one branch in Hyderabad of value not less than 40% of the estimated value in the prescribed proforma and certified by Chartered Accountant.
RequiredAll declarations and statements must be duly filled, attested by the bidder, and uploaded in accordance with the tender document.
RequiredANY OTHER DOCUMENTS AS PER TENDER DOCUMENT
RequiredNecessary International Swimming Federation of (FINA) Certificates and corresponding completion certificates not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
