Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on subbase/base and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of shoulders with approved material obtained from excavation of pits spreading grading to reqired slope and compacted to meet requirement Specification.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with Computerized hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scraified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75kg/sqm usingmannual means .

P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole.

Providing and fixing Retro-reflectorised caustionry,mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed cover alluminium shting1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle. Cautinory board (900mm equidatrial Trangle board)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting ,2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm.Supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm.,below ground level as per approved drawing ,complete.(90x90 cm.)

Supply and fixing of retroreflective high intensity informatory sign board/ cautionary sign board etc. As per MoRTH specification (Hazard Marker 30cm x900cm Rectangular board
