All as per item No. 1 above but in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surface of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using roller complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing liquid admixture complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by vaccum based sanding machine, applying wall care putty min thickness 1 mm, (Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of wall by Vaccum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/ hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick as required ( Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of emulsion distemper white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall by spray machine after cleaning the surface by Vacuum based sanding machine, washing down etc having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Guarantee of smart periodical shall be 5(five) years from the date of completion of the work. (ii) Painting shall be done by manufacturer's authorised applicator.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to old painted wooden surface exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for uprooting of wild trees such as grasses/ bushes etc. from the roof/ wall surfaces/ AC sheet/ soil pipes surroundings including its penetrated roots and making good to the damaged plaster by providing cement mortar (1:3) and finished the surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25mm dia powder coated aluminium curtain rod fancy type( length from 0.90m to 1.5m)with fancy type end side brackets and fancy type hanging brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair bib taps of 15mm bore fancy type, chromium plated cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair angular stop cock of 15mm bore fancy type, chromium plated cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch handle, screwed both ends for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair pillar cock of 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with capstan heads fancy type, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm dia Stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm bore Bib tap (Minimum weight 90gms) standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
