Providing and laying sand gravel mix 1:3 to a consolidated thickness of 15cm using 0.25M3 of crushed stone sand and 0.87 M3 of gravel Per 1M3 of compacted volume of sand gravel mix to give a minimum soaked CBR value as per IRC 37 - 1984 including cost and conveyance of sand and gravel to work site and stacking them to departmental metric gauge for premeasurements mixing the required quantities of sand and gravel spreading watering and compacting the mix in layers of thickness not exceeding 100mm compacted thickness by 80-100KN power roller rolling to achieve the required density including labour charges for mixing spreading and hire and fuel charges for power roller water sprinkler and all other tools and plants etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Corporation officers.

Supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 450mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler,` vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc., filling with crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete inter locking paver block of 83mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand, four aggregate) using different design and with stand for pressure of 150-200 kg/m2 over the existing sand cushion by using earth rammers and also vibrating the concrete blocks often laying using plate vibrator etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-200 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/M3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improvement workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cum)5156 kg of 0-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.7 Cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, cutting etc., and Providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed the departmental officers. Paving the flooring with self design Colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour printed Design glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior / interior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and erecting and hoisting of ISMB 350x140mm steel stanchion post including cleats to receive the purlin all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts, nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost painting the members with one coat or red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of High profile colour galvalume sheet (as per ISI Standard) with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick not less than 150 GSM and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supply and fixing of continues sandwich Puf panels 50mm thick either as single piece Pre-fabricated, modular factory made units which consist of an insulating layer of rigid polyurethane loam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of puf bonded between two sheets of Pre-coated G.I sheet of 0.5mm thick to produce straight to finish panels with all necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respects. The rate is inclusive of design, shop drawing preparation, submission for approval etc., and also inclusive of any other incidental charges such as lifting using grain, labour charges for erection, cost of all materials involved and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water /moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyviny Chloride ) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. Supplying and fixing of UPVC (Up-plasticized poly vinyl choloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mmx58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/ 1mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi colored chamber section with wall thick of 2mm. Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate in two leaves with B Class pipe of size 50mm dia pipe alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge M.S.Sheet at bottom / middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
