SDR - (Not Requiring Blasting) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting (Sh.Rate-Unique code-W-0062)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete

Reilling the excavated earth other than sand including cost,conveyance and filling charges etc.,as per standard specifications etc.-1 m3

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

RCC 1: 1 1/2:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply & erection of centering for sides & soffits of all R.C.C. works including cost& conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel rods including cost & conveyance of steel as per std. Specification etc., complete.

Towards the cost of Rolling shutter of size 2.50m x 2.10m including all charges etc. (Sh.Rate-Unique code-M-0401, Page no-85)

Towards the cost of Steel Window of size 1.20m x 1.20m including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC Rain water pipe having ISI mark and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the wall with special PVC/MS clamps including all etc.,complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc.,

Weathering course concrete using best quality of broken jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:1/2 by volume includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete for 10 m3

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cmx23cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weightof cement used and the joint pointed

Supply ing and appl ying of two coats of p utty of 3 mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. Tt shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even s urface. Any uneven ness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty alter 6hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) th e same arte r it is dry and finishing the surface smoothIy, etc., complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER)
