| 1Overhauling with complete rewinding & servicing of burnt fan motor of transformer fan The scope of work includes safe disconnection of electrical wings of fan, removing case guard of cooling fan, removing fan motor from transformer/reactor radiator, cutting out burnt coils, cleaning carbon deposited on stator core there after complete rewinding with F class insulated fresh super enameled copper wire of standard gauge & drying out propoerly after varnishing. This job also includes cleaning oiling/greasing/lubrication of bearings, replacement of defective bearing/bushes if required. replacement of burn-out contacts if required. proper alingment of rotor shaft & fan wheel, proper sealing, changing of connection leads etc. The work also inicudes refitting/re-installation back on radiator structure checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stopping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise, All men, material, consumables, T&P, shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. | |||||

| 2General maintenance/servicing of heavy duty cooling fan of transformer, The scope of work includes safe disconnection of electrical wirings of fan, removing case guard of cooling fan, dismantling of fan motor from main structure from radiator, cleaning, oiling/greasing/lubrication of bearings, replacement of deffective bearing/bushes if required, replacement of worn-out contact if required, proper alignment of rotor shaft & fan wheel, proper sealing, changing of connectioins leads etc. The work also includes refitting/re-installation back on radiator structure, checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stoping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise. All men, material, consumables, T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.The above works have to be carried out at various transformer installed under ETSD-I, substation. | |||||
