Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors from existing PCC/RCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulators any type & any size from pole (PCC/RCC/Steel ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly/pole complete with stay wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/ loose any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ loose any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L boaring holes horizontally under Road by trenchless technology without damaging the surface of road as per given/ directed depth below the road surface with the help of boring machine/ or by manual means and laying of DWC Pipe of suitable dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed. (Note : DWC pipe laid shall be measured seperately).

S & F Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) HDPE Pipe as per new IS-16205 (for electrical cable uses) in protection of UG Cable laid in trenches of 63 mm Outer Dia x 50 mm Inner Dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of pipe coupler with rubber ring is deemed to be included in the unit Quoted Rate.

Supply and laying in repair XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area, laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to OH Lines including Brass Cable Glands Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, etc. and testing complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:-

2 core x 10 Sqmm

4 core x 16 Sqmm

4 core x 25 Sqmm

3.5 core x 35 Sqmm

3.5 core x 50 Sqmm

3.5 core x 70 Sqmm

3.5 core x 90 Sqmm

Taking down old unsv PCC pole & Supply ,erecting and fixing the true vertical position,steel tubular swaged pole(410 SP-31),09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/final taper plug ,bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire lenght of pole ,including two coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint including blank as required. Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted like letter of shape & size complete all as specified as directed. Note:- (a) Cost of numbering of pole shall be deemed to included in unit rate. (b) Excavation, Earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately. (c) Removal of existing street light fitting, bracket, and connecting cable from the old pole and refixing the same on the new pole is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The clamp and bracket shall be properly and aligned. Any nut, bolt or clamp required shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing of Thermoplastic Cable Junction Box of size 205mm x 255mm x 112mm, IP-66 rated, halogen-free, weatherproof, with locking arrangement on pole using MS clamp, nuts, bolts,and washers. The work includes proving a connector terminal for cable connection and knockouts suitable for cable entry up to 25sqmm x 4 core cable. It also inclues supply and installation of a new MCB SP (6 to 32 Amps) and 3.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated copper coductor cable of suitable lenght for connection form junction box to the security light fitting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping around poles, including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT feeder pillar box suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system fabricated from CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof, 3.0 mm thick for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN copper busbar of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulators with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for I second, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminum earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 02 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size pf copper bus bars and control wiring with minimum 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half including tamper proof digital energy meter to measure voltage, current, PF, KWH, KVAH, KVARH and general construction confirming to IS:8623 / 93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation with following detailed specifications & controls. OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vents gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate size with glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving 50 mm space all around & shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell alongwith its control gears & accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computers cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. Cont.... item no 17.02

INNER SHELL:- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable /openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof & to accommodate incomer/ outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCB. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made of nonhygroscopic, noncombustible, track resistant, high strength SMC material at suitable interval through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5sqmm multi strand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identifications and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40 mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom. Indicating lamps LED type, 230 volts, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availability at the outgoing of incomer. Cont.... item no 17.03

M&L in repair for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
