Providing and Fixing of Cantilever Sign Boards and Guide Map at industrial area Textile Park Ruaheli Bhilwara

Supply and fixing of Overhead/cantilever type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel, faces to be covered with green type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matter & logo with overlay film type of sheating after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting. The backside of sheeting should becovered with two coats of epoxy/powder coating. This sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 angle iron.

Supply of steel structure in single section.Built upsection/frame from M.S. black pipes ( medium duty) as per IS-1239 (part-1) 1979 with connecting plate anchor bolts including cutting, welding, bolting, fixing in position and applying primer coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including foundation bolts.

Foundation work of foundation in RCC 1:2:4 including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, backfilling & removal of excess earth as per drawing.

Erection of cantilever sign board and structure with movable gantry cranes including nut bolting and fixing.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised Signs made of cube corner Micro Prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of IRC 67‐2012 and ASTM D4956‐09, covered with Electro Cuttable translucent film as per the drawing and display matter given by the engineer in charge. The retro reflective sheeting shall be fixed over 2 mm thick aluminum sheet and and riveted using 6mm aluminium rivets all arounds to back support frame of MS angle 40 x 40 x 5 mm. This structure has fixing Provision to 2 Nos. posts of M.S. pipe 75mm OD Median duty (with hole fast of size 30 to 40 cm at bottom) and 2 Nos. post for back support to frame (duly painted in alternate bands of 25 cm. black and white with 2 coats of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint and duly welded to backframe of the sign plate firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 20 grade cement concrete minimum 60 cm X 60 cm X 90 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including labor and hire charges for machineries involved etc., complete as per Technical Specification clause 801 and as directed by the engineer.
