S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantling 40 sqcm & over in section framed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class soft wood, clean sawn as in scantling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured Ceramic tiles not less than 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non Skid coloured Ceramic tiles not less than 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing upto mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.
