Supply and installation of Self adhesive polymeric aluminum foil bitumen waterproof membrane SBS of 1.5mm thick multilayer bitumen membrane waterproofing over pre-coated sheet. Bitumen membrane shall have first layer of high resign adhesive designed for pre-coated sheet roofing , second layer of asphalt and third layer of aluminum foil. Sheet shall have roll form , with one side protected with polyethane cover for adhesion. Provision of active joint of 50mm with adhesive shall be built in to the sheet throughout the length. Work shall be executed as per below listed method and OEM’s standard installation instructions, 1. Cleaning of Pre-coated sheet to make it free from dirt and dust. 2. Bitumen sheet roll of appropriate side and paste on the pre-coated sheet as per profile of sheets. 3. First round : Application of sheet on roofing sheet ensuring appropriate overlap of minimum 100mm at horizontal and vertical joints. 4. Pressing of sheet by rubberized roller or rammer properly on the roofing sheet such that bitumen membrane shall follow sheet profile. 5. Final pressing of sheet, rounding of corners. 6. Second Round : Shall be within a week after application of rolling sheet on sunny day to ensure perfect adhesion of sheet with roofing. 7. Special care shall be taken at rounded area’s , at bases wind fans etc. Quoted rate shall be including cost of lead , lift , transportation , working at ladder connected heights , GST , transportation , taxes , duties , wastage etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual surface area waterproofing done at site shall be measured for payments. In case of profile roofing sheets actual area of application including slanting sides of pitches shall be measured for payments. Bidder to furnish Bond guarantee of 10 years as per CPWD format for the area of work measured. Additional Security Deposit of 10% ( Ten Percentage ) shall be retained from RA bills for the period of 3 ( three ) years, same shall be released by 3% per year for successful completion of first two years and balance on successful completion of third year. Repairs to rooofing by removing existing damaged sheet and by providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Repairs to gutters by removing existing gutters and providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth)
