Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-20 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 Kg/CuM. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). (CSI16.75-16.76)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing with material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (16.78.2 )

Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes 500 mm diameter C.I. cover (medium duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 58 Kg (19.18.2 )

Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266) 900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor bolts including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work. Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position. Contouring of sub-station with help of leveling instrument/ total station instrument & staff including plotting of trees and structure if any including preparation of contour plan in 6 copies including marking periphery including all labour, Supervisor, instrument, T&P materials complete as per direction of Engineer I/C. Conditions:

1. All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.

2. The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any extent or be deleted as per the requirement at site.

3. All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.

4. Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST. Labour tax shall be borne by contractor.

5. Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.

6. Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerence shall be measured at actual weight.

7. In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only.

8.Performance Guarantee shall be applicable as per GO 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/08 dt 08 June 2012.adopted by UPPTCL BOD dated 27.06.2017

9. The 60% amount of bricks available from dismantling shall be reovered @ Rs. 2362.00/thousand + GST from firm /contractor.

10. The 30% amount of bricks available from dismantling shall be reovered as brick ballast @ Rs. 700.00/CuM + GST from firm /contractor.

11. The amount of steel/Chain link/Pale Fencing available from dismantling will be recovered Rs. 20.00/Kg + GST from firm /contractor.
