Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth but not exc 3.0 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe, after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm bore Reinforced concrete pipe, Class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, over stone patti/RCC roof slab, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes/Septic tank for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reforming benching as required and finishing surface even & smooth for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Salt glazed stoneware gulley trap, square or round mouthed size 150x150mm, type-'P' including jointing to waste pipe, fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage Well 3.60 metre dia and 6.0 metre effective depth for 400 users, complete including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 reinforced concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made with brock masonary in CM, M-25 RCC cover slab, SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with bats, complete, all as specified and shown on drawings (BTD-804 Sheet No. 1/1).

M&L for construction of 1.50 metre effective depth and overall depth 3.0 metre for 50 users conventional RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, complete including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, M-30 reinforced concrete in walls, base slab, baffle walls, roof slab and beams including formwork & renfocement, vent shaft, manhole opening with cover, connections etc complete all as specified and shown on drawings (BTD-844 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3).

M&L for Provision of STP (Bio Digester) capacity 8.5 KLD including bacteria and matt with proper setting in pits/septic tanks for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as shown in drawings/sketch. NOTE: Civil works for Bio digester shall be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ hereinbefore.
