Earth work excavation in all clauses of soils with initial lead and lift except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete for foundation as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using third class country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete

Refilling the basement with excavated earth including all labour charges such as watering and ramming etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and filling of conveyed Earth by lorry in basement filling including stacking for premeasurement, conveyance loading, and unloading charges and all other incidential charges and including filling laying watering and consolidating etc., complete.

Centering charges for RCC works including all cost and conveyance all materials to site etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tieing and placeing in position etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Stain free Nano Polish Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix using to 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete

W - 0371 Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roofas thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span , whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification. 80mm (+38mm) thick PUF roof panel

Distempering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour emulsion paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting with approved colour including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc., complete.
